Contract Team Leader - IT Bristol

- High base salaries/guarantees/uncapped comms/bonus on team performance

£50k base making £100k+ 1st year with guarantee + team performance related bonus (override).

My client is a leading UK IT recruitment firm with a major presence in Bristol & UK /Europe. Due to continued expansion my client are looking for an inspirational & driven IT Recruiter to make an impact to their successful Contract Team as a billing Team Leader.

You will lead by example, perform one to one meetings with your Consultants, strategise, set KPI’s & motivate your team the best way you see fit.

You’ll get an unlimited basic salary based on experience but typically upto £35k with uncapped commission AND bonus on your team’s performance AND a guarantee AND car allowance AND parking space AND a sizeable brand with which to sell AND a fastrack to equity & Directorship
