Delivery Team Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a very well respected company who are looking to add to their workforce within Shrewton, Wiltshire

Key Responsibilities :

• To support project planning and co-ordination of resources to the Delivery team
• Diary and e-mail management, arranging meetings, preparation of documentation for meetings, minute taking
• Collation of management reports
• Managing and maintaining hard copy filing systems of installation plans, documents and any associated paperwork.
• General administration duties including post, photocopying, faxing, filing, answering the telephone
• Maintaining sickness records and leave requests for the Delivery team
• Processing Delivery team expenses
• Travel and accommodation booking for members of the Delivery team

Essential Skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of a purchasing system, ideally SAP
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work unsupervised
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) at all levels, as this will be a client-facing role
• Team player
• Full driving licence (clean) – occasional travel may be required
