I have 12mx7m of first floor office and storage space to share in Chipping Sodbury (Dodington Road, just up from the secondary school)
I'm looking for someone to take 1/2, or 1/3rd of this huge barn like unit, informal subdivision.
Brand new build, superspeedy broadband, heating lighting and business rates included. Area will have floor covering, heating and power points (plus beautiful country views over the hills to Wales) but is unfurnished (ie you need to supply desks and shelves if that's what you need!)
Very secure situation, owner on site 24/7. 24 hour access if you like to pack at 3am
Happy to share post pick up / telephone answering cover etc if required.
Ready mid to late March
1/3rd is £100 a week, (£5200 pa) very flexible terms - monthly if required
