Hello ,i am looking for some one to assist me in a really,lovely gastro pub on the marlborough downs in wiltshire,I am looking for someone to help in running all aspects of the kitchen in an all ready busy fresh food led gastropub envoironment,.I am looking for some one with a bit of flair and imagination in the kitchen who doesnt mind chipping in,and is eager to learn and evolve with us,.Being realistic you will need to have a good basic knowledge and be fairly organised i.e running a section. And be unphased when we get busyim not looking for prima donnas .We concentrate on english cuisine with a hint of french flair,and use fresh local produce ,i.e meat ,fish and vegetables.you will be offere live in free and a good salary ,plus big tips per week,sounds great doesnt it thats because it probaby is.
