The Role

·Ensure that all outstanding amounts on the customers accounts are collected within given targets.·Ensure that all reports are maintained in an appropriate and timely fashion.·Ensure that all customers enquiries by telephone/fax/letter are resolved within given time frames.·Ensure that customer databases are maintained to a high standard·Highlight to management any problems errors or failures of the systems or processes·Share information and knowledge with the rest of the team·Review new accounts on a daily basis·Ensure all appropriate accounts are credit checked within company guide lines·Review on a daily basis the suspended order report and take the appropriate action·Amend credit limits when and where appropriate·Ensure all administration work is completed in a timely fashion·Other tasks and responsibilities as directed by line manager

Salary & Benefits

£15000 - £17000
