Hiya

We're two ladies and one gentleman aged between 24 and 27, and tragically our housemate is abandoning us to go to look for hobbits in New Zealand or something.

So that means we have a double room going spare. House itself is really really nice, roomy, with a garden, all in good nick and fulll of ostentatious period features like fireplaces in the bedrooms. (They don't work) Close to St Andrews Park, close to Gloucester Road, close to Montpelier, not too far to town. It's brilliant, trust us. Room will be by and large unfurnished, but our beloved outgoing housemate is happy to flog you her bed etc for a niiiice priiiice if you don't have your own.

Anyway, we're looking for sombody fun, outgoing and up for a laugh, but at the same time independent enough to be okay moving in with people often away at weekends or busy in the evenings.
