Top room has own ensuite (this room is currently let)

The house is non-smoking and the other tenants are all quiet and keep to themselves though all quite friendly.

Deposit required and lodged with the government approved scheme.
Rent is paid by standing order and 1 month in advance.
Proof of id and employment also required.
