Legal Secretary
Are you an existing Legal Secretary looking to further develop your career with a large successful legal company. This role will offer you the chance to develop your skills and gain new ones whilst assisting t with secretarial and administrative tasks.
Duties:
* Digital dictation (audio typing)
* Creating/amending documents. Working with large documents using track changes.
* Answering telephone calls/dealing with clients/taking messages.
* Filing and general admin duties such as faxing and photocopying.
* Managing diary appointments and making arrangements for meetings.
* Preparation of court documents, pleadings and witness statements
* Copy & Audio typing - 65wpm 90%+ accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
* Attention to detail, good organisational skills and flexibility
* Good knowledge of Word and Outlook is required and experience in Excel, PowerPoint and imanage would be beneficial.
