Sous Chef - £21,000
and Junior Sous Chef - £19,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef to join this well known exclusive restaurant company for their new opening in Cabot Circus. The company is still small and developing gradually to keep their extremely high standards and great reputation. The style of cuisine is French style with a great menu everything made from fresh!

The restaurant will hold 140 covers with an upstairs Conference and Banqueting centre catering for 40 plus 150. The company is well known for internal Chef promotions and training programmes making this an opportunity not to be missed. The Head Chef has been with the company 5 years and has a positive attitude to training and developing his staff.

Sous Chef/ Junior Sous Chef Requirements:
*NVQ Level 3 or 4
*Fantastic Communication Skills
*A good solid background in the industry as CDP and Sous Chef
*Experience in a fresh food establishment; either 4 Star Hotel or 1 Rosette Background
*The ability to adhere to a brand standard menu and follow the high standards necessary *Experience of high numbers: restaurant exceeding 100 covers on a daily basis
*Basic Food Hygiene Certificate a minimum

The site is opening at the end of August and they are looking to start recruiting now in order to carry out the interview and trial process and training before the site opens.

The salary depends on previous experience and level applying for:
Junior Sous Chef - £19,000
Sous Chef - £21,000
