we are letting our fmaily home for 6 months while we try out moving to the country. Hopefully it will be perminant but possibly only 6 months. The house is lovely but slightly tatty and we are not willing to do any work on it until we ahve decided what we are doing. So renter must take it as it comes.
We are easygoing but have been badly stung by a tennent before, so we will be asking for refernces and deposit and will refuse nay one we feel uncertian about. Only genuine people please.
