Home manager required for 16 bed specialised care home for young adults with physical disabilities and some learning disabilities.
Location is Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
The facility belongs to a large care home operator specialising in the provision of a variety of specialised care.
Home manager will have full day-to-day responsibility for the running of the care home, including the overall standard of care, overall staff supervision, staff recruitment, contact with authorities, occupancy, adherence to regulations and procedures.
Candidates must have experience of working as a care home manager and experience of physical disabilities. Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to provide and maintain the highest standards of accommodation and professional care support for residents.
Candidates should have NVQ 4 / RMA or be close to achieving this qualification.
Annual salary is £27,000.
