You will need to be dedicated and enthusiastic with the ability to use your own initiative. Assisted by the nursery team already in place, your core responsibility will be to ensure continuing high quality childcare within a fun, stimulating and caring environment.

As an Assistant Manager you would be managing up to 8 members of staff and a room of 25 people. Therefore this job really requires a nursery nurse with previous supervisor experience, innovative ideas and a real passion for working with children. This is an ideal job for someone looking to take ownership for their ideas and looking for career progression.


The skills we look for in the candidates are:

- Strong Management skills

- At least Cache Level 3 qualification experience

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- The ability to build effective relationships with all children

- Be enthusiastic and motivated

- Ability to delegate when necessary
