Our client is a Large city centre hotel in Bristol, offering a combination of contemporary style with timeless elegance and traditional values. They are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join their renowned kitchen team.

Job Description
A Pastry Chef is required to assist the Brigade in producing high quality food for the multi food and beverage operation of this property, which has over 100 rooms with extensive wedding and banqueting facilities.
The role will involve working together as part of a team in ensuring a smoothly run kitchen operation at all times.
The hotel treats food very seriously. In recognition of this, the main restaurant is rosetted, and the ideal candidate will have ample experience at cooking at a high quality.

Required Experience
You will be an experienced Pastry wanting to make a great career move and join a very successful hotel group.You will already be well experienced in:

* Pastry experience essential
* cooking all from fresh
* promoting teamwork at all times
* show passion and motivation
* Training and development
* hotel experience preferred

This is a hands on position that requires a dedicated and passionate person who would like to make a great career move.

Salary and Benefits The salary will be negotiable depending on experience. A salary of £15000 - 16000 will be offered to the right candidate. Standard company benefits will be included as well.
