The house comprises of one female ( who is a light smoker) and there is cat at the property. please note there is no internet at the house but there are several libraries where you can get access in the area.
The maximum length of stay is 3 months and I would prefer a working person. (No couples). a deposit of one weeks rent is required to secure tenancy and one weeks rent in advance.
