Working for a leading edge media business, you will be leading the digital project management team to deliver a programme of technical work within agreed budgets and time constraints. Projects can range in size from banner ads through to full-scale, complex website builds from the ground up involving on- and off-line integration plus technical integration with clients’ own systems.
You will be experienced in leading a team of technical developers using an Agile approach to project management. We are currently utilising the SCRUM methodology so experience of this will be a distinct advantage.
You will be adept at looking ahead and recognising factors which may impact on project deliverables…and preparing contingency plans to mitigate these factors.
You will help drive a performance focused culture within the business, encouraging a sense of pride amongst those involved in delivering projects, enforcing the value of contribution and celebrating success.
You will have experience of line management and enjoy supporting and developing members of your team.
You will have a pro-active, can-do approach to project management processes, helping to lead and shape the way project management operates in a creative agency in order to best fit the varied nature and scale of the work undertaken.
