Head Chef September
Our client is highly reputed restaurant which serves real modern European food and seek head chef to run their small kitchen brigade. The restaurant uses the best quality fresh produce from local suppliers.
As Head chef you will be reporting to the GM .You will be responsible for all of the back of house team, ensuring that the kitchen is run to the company's operational and financial standards.
Duties include the effective management of kitchen profit through labour cost controls, purchasing, stock & wastage controls and food hygiene.
You will be responsible for maintaining the group food standards, training and personnel within the department.
