A Fantastic Opprtunity My client is looking to appoint a Junior Sous Chef for its one rosset restaurant which is a part of a beautiful hotel in Padstow, Cornwall.

The Business:

Known for its surfing, beautiful beaches and hustling harbor, the town of Padstow is vibrant all year round and is known as a seafood capital of Great Britain. Ideally set on the seafront, this highly acclaimed hotel hosts one rosette restaurant that is known for its seafood as well as their signature dishes made with locally sourced produce.

The Role:

• This is a key role with the primary task to monitor standards and develop cooking skills of the junior members of the team.
• Rosette experience is a must as they aim to maintain thier rosette and gain the 2nd.
• Creative flair and keen eye for detail
• Discipline in terms of time keeping and adhering to legal food and hygiene requirements.
