We are looking for full or part time unique & dynamic, energetic people who are self motivated and passionate about supporting people to maintain & achieve new skills whilst living in residential care with a view of them moving into supported/independent living in the community.
You must be pro-active, conscientious and have the ability to communicate effectively.
In return we offer mandatory training, specialist training e.g. ASD, Dementia, Epilepsy, Downs Syndrome etc, NVQ, holiday pay and varied and rewarding work.
The rate of pay stands currently at £5.75; this is due to rise significantly around October time. Hours are as per rota 7-2 or 2-9
Experience is not necessary as a full induction program and additional training is provided.
