Hello room searchers!

I have a lovely large room to rent in the heart of montpelier, on wellington avenue (a few doors down from the thali,round the corner of picton street).

The house has 4 bedrooms and therefore you would be sharing with three others!

The room is large and furnished! there are two parts to this room as its seperated by an archway in the middle.
on one half of the room is a sofa, book shelf etc for me its been my own little living room!
the other half has a double bed two wardrobes and a chest of draws!

the house has a large living room with very sweet conservatory off it, good size kitchen with utility room off it which then leads to the sweet little garden outside with its very own pond of fish!

there is a seperate toilet and a bathroom upstairs.

the two girls who you would share with are lovely and have been a delight to live with!

( there is going to be a second room to rent and available at end of march start of june)!

so the money....the rent is £400 per month this includes all bills, council tax and even internet connection!

the room is available from the 1st of june ( though if you needed to move in sooner we could arrange this but can not be later than 1st of june).
