We are seeking a house/flat in East Bristol from March 20th 2010.

We are relocating from London, I am an administrator with the NHS, my husband is a web developer.

We have a great relationship with our current landlord and can provide references.

We can provide a month's deposit and month's rent in advance.

Important : we have 2 cats.

Things we'd like in a home:

Ground floor access for cats, and a garden/outside space.
At least 2 bedrooms+ living room.
Reasonably near a train station or City Centre.

Location wanted:
Flexible within North East Bristol- areas we'd like include:

Easton, Eastville, Greenbank, Montpelier, St Wehrburghs, St Pauls or nearby.

Price is flexible depending on the size of accommodation. We may consider places with more rooms if we could share with another tenant who we found ourselves.
