A double bedroom is available in a Victorian terrace house on Springfield Avenue in Horfield (just on the edge of Bishopston).
The Gloucester Road is only a couple of minutes walk away with all its shops, bars and restaurants as well as bus stops into/ out of town. The M32 is exactly 1 mile away making travel into/ out of Bristol by car very convenient plus there is lots of parking outside the house. On the other hand a 15 min bicycle ride or a 30 min walk into town is the other option.
The double bedroom is fully furnished with all the usual things such as wardrobe, bedside table, chair, curtains, carpet, bin etc etc.
The house is a three bedroom house with everything you will need including a shared living room, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, bicycle storage, new large garden patio, new double glazing at back of house, garden plus all the bits which includes washing machine, large fridge, freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, gas central heating, bath, shower, cable TV, wireless internet broadband etc etc (without listing everything you get the picture – everything is here which you will need).
We are looking for a single occupant, a professional of some sort (no students), male/ female 25-30 years (English as first language), non-smoker, easy-going individual, works roughly Mon to Fri 9-5 who is interested in sharing a nice, quiet, clean, homely, tidy house with Ed (28 years/ film) and Louie (25 years/ journalist), looking to stay a minimum of 6 months to 1 year.
Interests in outdoors pursuits such as running, mountain biking, climbing, all types of ball sports, football, music production would be an advantage but not essential!
Monthly rent/ £330 which includes the cost of all bills – plus x1 months deposit and references
