Leading building management and maintenance firm for Bristol's student properties require a skilled handyman to assist with the schedule of summer works.  4 of the main accommodation blocks in the city centre will require year end maintenance and refurbing and successful individuals should ideally come from a fabric trades background, able to work with basic carpentry, remedial plumbing, painting & decorating and good knowledge of maintenance in the built environment.   The position will begin on July the 14th and last until the first week of September.  An excellent opportunity for a good run of summer work.
