Red are presently working with a well known local insurance company located in Thornbury.

We have full time permanent positions within the customer service department paying salaries up to £17,000 pa.

Your main duties will be:
To provide accurate new business and renewal quotations for all customers.
Ensuring all relevant procedures are followed and accurate information is provided to the customer.
To provide a service to existing customers, dealing with policy queries, adjustments, cancellations and additional premiums.
Also dealing with travel policies and contacting customers from our Internet site providing quotations and answering queries.

Experience of working within an insurance market would be an advantage (but not essential), likewise experience of working within a call centre environment would be an added advantage.
