I live in a flat located in Clifton, one of my current flatmates is moving out at the end of June. The room is double, unfurnished. Unfortunately the flat doesn't have a living room as we decided to reduce the costs by turning it into another room. We are 3 in the flat and the rent is £250 monthly, which is an offer that you can't dismiss.
The flat is just 3 min away from clifton triangle, the deposit is £250 returnable when you decide to move out and a month notice is the minimum required. Rent does not include bills, we've got Virgin package which have broadband internet, landline unlimited talk and tv card available, however you will need your own tv. Off road car park is available around the building.
