Hi, i have a lovely large two/three bedroomed house on the London/Surrey border, very close to all ameneties, main line station and busses in all directions, also a tram link from Wimbledon which is approx ten minutes from the house in one direction and Kingston which is approx ten minutes in the other direction. There are two bedrooms upstairs, main bedroom is 18ft x 11ft, second bedroom is 12ft x 12ft, seperate toilet and bathroom, lounge 18ft x 11ft, kitchen/diner 18ft x 11ft, porch built to front of house, downstairs room, which was once a garage, but has been fully converted into a bedroom/playroom/guest room or studio. Schools within five minutes of the house, also the school in my road is ages three to eleven and has a special needs unit. Twenty four hour Tesco Superstore five minutes from the house, lots of parks, leisure centres, take aways, easy commute to london, approx fifteen minutes. I am on the perimter road of a small, mostly private estate, and i have lived here for the last thirty six years with no trouble at all, only wanting to move because of disability. This house also has right to buy.

What i am looking for is a two bedroomed house/bungalow/maisonette or flat for a multi swap, in or around Crewkerne/Chard/Somerton or Ilminster, a ten mile radius of any of these areas. Must be fairly close to the shops, have own offstreet parking for a car, and if possible for a caravan.

I have found what i want, but the other party wants the areas above, so it is my house that is on offer.
