Lovely double room available Nov Dec 09-Whiteladies Road (£300 pcm)
We have a lovely double room available (Any time in November, or by the 1st of December 2009) in our three-bedroom house on Whiteladies Road.
We are two friendly, professional females, aged late twenties/early thirties, looking for a third female of similar age to move into our clean, peaceful house. The rent is £300 per month, the deposit is £330 and bills are £105 per month.
The house is clean, spacious, homely and cosy in the winter. The house has a large sitting room with a connected kitchen, three bedrooms, a box room, one bathroom (with a power shower), another toilet upstairs, double glazing, central heating and WiFi.
The room available is furnished with a double bed, built-in closet, chest of drawers, bed-side cabinet and a desk. The room faces private gardens (not ours unfortunately, but it is very quiet).
