Now I am trying to help a guy to whom I have rented a room for a short term in a shared house but i can only let him have it until Nov 30th.

He will need somewhere else in the Easton/Redfield/BS5 area to be close to work.

If you have a nice s/c room for about 50-70pw for a quiet mature gent available anytime from mid Nov onwards for a 6/12 month AST please let me know. I will provide an introduction, and a reference.
