This is a fantastic opportunity for a well established Senior /Sous Chef with a strong background in fine-dining at 3 AA Rosette/ Michelin star level to join this prestigious Hotel in the Costwolds.

Senior Sous Chef Requirements:
*A stable fine-dining background at Sous Chef/ Head Chef level
*The ability to manage a large kitchen brigade
*Full financial acumen
*Passion and drive for fantastic produce and Michelin level menus
*A driven personality
*If you are an extremely strong junior Sous Chef please apply as the Head Chef can offer training and development

Due to location of the site you must live in the local vicinity or be willing to relocate GL55

The maximum salary for this position is £26,000
