I have official receipts from Interexchange Ltd in london.

The rate in a bank is around $1.66- and the official rate is $1.76. I will sell dollars at 1.78

Let me know if you are interested. I am selling as I bought them at $2.02- so I will make a bit of profit- but also you will get a better rate than if you bought from bank or exchange provider.
