Would you like to learn how to ice a sponge and decorate it for a special occasion.
I will supply every thing you need all you have to do is make the sponge at home for which I will give you full instructions.
You will then ice, shell pipe and put a ribbon around your cake.
We will ice the cake on monday 4th August from 7 - 9 pm and the cost will be £25.
