We have a double 2 bed flat in St.Judes ( you can see the centre from the balcony!). The flat is on the 3rd floor of a 4 high block - there are 2 stairwells and a lift. The living room is fully hardwood laminated + freshly decorated, kitchen, hallway + bathroom all have matching laminate tiled floor. Bedroom 1 is carpeted + may need a wall change (we have it bright red), bedroom 2 is freshly decorated + harwood laminate floored (baby's room so very clean + fresh).
We are looking for a 3 bed house/flat anywhere in Bristol or surrounding areas - will consider just about anywhere as we have transport. Need to move due to expanding family!
Flat has electric key meter and no gas - can be installed though - just need council's permission as there is fittings for it. Work is due to be carried out this Autumn to fit double glazing throughout (this can be verified at Bragg's Lane Housing Office). There is a private car park for permit holders only, CCTV and secure entry only via fobs.
