We are an 18 bedroomed, AA 3 star hotel with an AA Rosette in the rural village of Clearwell in Gloucestershire. We are looking for an honest, hands on and hard working couple with a bit of fun to run the hotel on a daily basis to assit the owner in driving the hotel forward to a high standard.

Must have hotel management experience in the UK, Personal License and references.

Strengths of the manager would include;

reception, reservations, housekeeping, bar and restaurant.
passion for providing excellent customer care.
setting standards and training.
cost control.
computer literate.

The Chef would be the second chef in the kitchen providing AA rosette standard dishes.

Salary £32-36k (small deductions may apply). Two roomed flat with bathroom. Immediate start. Non smokers prefered.
