Hya I have a room to rent in my house sharing with just myself.
Use of the whole house, bathroom, dinning room, kitchen and lounge.
Lounge has cable and Broadband and digital T.V. connection included in the price, as is all the bills except telephone.

the room will be newly decorated and overlooks the serene, calm garden (also for use)at the back of the house.

There is also the possiblity of sole use of the 2nd spare bedroom for a nominal fee....arrangements can be discussed.

House is a couple of minutes from the gloucester road with quick bus routes to the centre/Broadmead, Cribs causway or colleges.
Gloucester road is a retail therapy delight! and all the eating places, bars, music venues and lounges you could wish for.

I teach and am into Holistic therapies and such like and you would need to be someone with an open mind regarding this areas.

Also an open mind regarding shared cleaning roles!
