Furnished double room available from mid May (could also be beginning of May)until mid September(14th). The room is in a house sharing with other 3 postgraduate at Bristol university (3 men 1 girl postgraduate). Everyone is welcome to come and have a look(professionals,postgraduate, students).
The house is fully furnished with washing machine, microwave,Tv broadband, telephone. We have a package that give us virgin tv, free landline calls across UK any time of the day or night and internet for 20£ a month so it's just (£5 each per month).
We have shower and separate toilet (useful in the morning!).
The house is located on a very quiet residential area and close to shops and pubs (just 5min from sainsbury or tesco express).
The house is not a modern one but it is nice and the rooms are large with big windows.
rent is £315 per month plus bills. contract last till September.
