You will also have in the house a fully fitted kitchen with all modern equipment, washing machine, condenser dryer, kettle, microwave, cooker, intergrated dishwasher, intergrated fridge/freezer etc.

The lounge also has a dining area, television with sky, glass dining table.

All communal areas are cleaned by our operative once a week.

One months deposit it required along with one month in advance and references.

All houses are non-smoking.

All the other tenants are professional working people as well.

Houses are close to all local amenities, including local bus routes and city centre of Bristol.
