Abrecco are recruiting on behalf of our established, growing city centre client for an IT Support Executive to join their customer support team. You will provide technical and product support to their client base via telephone and email. The following skills and experience are needed:

Essential:
- IT Support/Helpdesk experience
- Exemplary communication skills
- MS Office

Desirable:
- SQL – knowledge of table structures
- Experience of public sector
