We have a very exciting position within a very successful group in Bristol / Bath. We are looking for a Head Chef to join the team. We have recently purchased a new restaurant that is going through a total refurbishment with a brand new kitchen and all new equipment.
The restaurant will be modern Italian with British influences , that change around the best seasonal ingredients. There are 3 Restaurants in the group so the variety for day to day working means very little time for boredom.
As Head Chef you will ultimately report to the Executive Head Chef. Duties will range from Menu Planning, Dealing with Suppliers and ensuring the highest level of Food is delivered with all Fresh Produce sourced locally.

The successful Chef will need to be fresh food focused and able to work under pressure and it is essential you can lead and motivate a team

ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining restaurants and have an ability to communicate on all levels. You will be working on a 7 day Rota system
