Construction Project Manager. West Midlands.
£50,000 – £55,000 + £5000 car + benefits + Bonus

Our client is a national contractor specialising in retail construction n projects up to £10 million. With a strong track record in retail across the region, they are looking to strengthen their established team in Bristol with a focused and experienced Project Manager.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for any one of their up and coming prestigious Retail framework New-build or Extension projects across the South West. You will be expected to liaise with Clients, Architects and Engineers and report directly to the Contracts Manager.

With a heavy construction background, you will have a wealth of experience in large retail new builds valued up to £10 million. You will have technical construction experience for this role, along with the ability to successfully manage the Client relationship.
