Service Implementation Manager

The Service Implementation Manager ensures that all tasks necessary for the correct function and presentation of the online Music Store service are identified, captured and performed before Go-Live, and performs gap analysis of the operational processes, teams and/or toolsets required.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of running and delivering roll-out projects on time; although the role is not a ‘hands on' technical role, an operational technical background will be very desirable; Project and Risk management experience; Experience in Internet-based Service Delivery; Excellent communication and negotiation skills, creating and maintaining a network of relationships within the wider organization.
