Room available in a three bedroom house on a nice little street. It would be great for a person who likes their peace & quiet and who likes to sleep at night ! We have a washing mashine(yay!), good heating, double glazing, wild back garden, dining area, wifi internet and there`s even a mouse in the kitchen(he`s a veggie so I said he can stay).
The room is free from end of July `08. There is £37.00 on top of the rent for the council tax(yes, I know).
