We are a small award winning hotel/restaurant with 6 bedrooms. (3 AA Rosettes and 5 Stars, Good Food Guide score 6 and Restaurant with Rooms of the Year by the Good Hotel Guide). We are NOT situated in London but in the Somerset Countryside (South West of England) close to the market town of Yeovil.

We require an experienced waiter/waitress to join our existing small hardworking team to work in our 40 cover fine dining restaurant. We aim to create a relaxed but professional atmosphere for our guests. Our style of food is modern British, all our ingredients are fresh, made to order and local where possible.

We offer a full time position (40 plus hours) paid hourly £5.75 per hour working a five day week with two days off together. Your main hours of work would be the evenings and weekends. Tips are divided between all staff at the end of each month. We need a commitment until Christmas (we close the hotel for a month) and after that a long term offer would be available with good career progression in other departments. Live in on the property is not available but locally there are many rooms/flats available. Having your own transport would be beneficial.
