We're looking for someone to rent our spare double room (furnished) in a flat on Cheltenham road, from June 2008 (next academic year basically). Its a modern, clean and great house to live in. We've got full sky and internet package (we pay, not you!), massive living room/kitchen (check the pics). We're 3 guys; all at UWE looking for a sociable person who enjoys a few drinks. We're non smokers but that doesn't mean you have to be. The rooms at the back of the house so its nice and quiet. For the price and the quality of the house its well worth the money.
