We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Chef de Partie to work within the kitchen of the Second Floor Restaurant and Bar in the Bristol store.
In order to be successful in this role, you will hold sound experience in a similar busy environment and be comfortable and thrive in working to high volumes. You must have excellent attention to detail along with a passion for quality produce and service with culinary expertise. You will feel confident in contributing to new menus and coming up with fresh menu ideas.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate the maintenance of high standards of food preparation and service. Strong communication skills and up to date knowledge of food trends is required. The Senior Chef de Partie will be expected to lead and motivate the team, and have some supervisory experience.
