Large double room available for 1 female houseshare (£300 pcm)
We have a large double room available in a 5 bedroom house in Southville (BS3). It is a fully furnished house, with Virgin TV in the lounge, high speed fully integrated wireless broadband, house phone (if you need it), a microwave, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, 2 bathrooms (1 electric shower), new oven cooker, washing machine and central gas heating. There is also a nice garden at the back for barbecue in the summer.
The room has just been re-done by the landlord, with a wooden double bed, wardrobe and a set of drawers. It has a decorative fireplace and overlooking the garden.
We're looking for 1 female professional who are socialable and share the house with us (currently 1 female and 3 guys all in our mid/late 20s). As a house we tend to socialise every now and then, have an odd meal or barbecue in the summer etc.
Please note, however, that you must be NON-SMOKING. It's a non-smoking house throughout.
The house is just off North Street, close to many local shops, takeaways and pubs, plus Asda and Tesco within walking distance. It has plenty of direct buses to the Centre (75/76/77/24/25).
It takes up to 30 minutes to walk to the Centre, or 10 minutes driving time. Temple Meads Station is about 15 minutes of walking.
The rent is £300 per month, excluding bills. One month deposit is required. It is available immediately. Normal contract term is 6 months but negotiable.
