Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£15-20K Basic Salary
Earn £40k OTE!

Candidate Profile:
Are you a hungry and ambitious graduate (or equivalent) with a natural ability and aptitude for sales?

You will need to be eloquent and articulate - capable of credibly liaising with Directors of businesses and high ranking industry professionals alike.

Previous sales experience is ideal e.g. call centre telesales, retail/automotive/door to door sales etc..

You should be dynamic, competitive and confident. A natural winner, happy to work to manageable targets and more importantly be motivated by job satisfaction and money!

The Role:
As a trainee in white collar professional recruitment (not to be confused with the high street agencies!) you will be gradually eased into the fray and comprehensively trained.

You will be introduced to sales techniques, winning ways and acclimatised into a high performing team.

For your first few months you will get to target either the Client OR Candidate, until you feel ready to manage both sides of the job.

Within 6-12 months you will be a full Consultant and specialise in a variety of niche vertical markets enjoying yearly salaries of anything from £50k upwards!
