we are are currently looking for a sous chef to work in our successful bristol restaurant. as a wagamama sous chef, your flair and passion for food are a vital contribution to this experience. using your knowledge of food preparation and maintaining a busy kitchen, you will create delicious food across each of our stations, from teppan to the juice bar. you will also promote food hygiene and health and safety standards, manage shifts and ensure all duties and admin are completed on time. as such, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are vital
