We are currently looking for an experienced head waiter/waitress to join the team at an exclusive and luxurious country house hotel near Bath.

The main responsibilities will be; to take assertive and effective ownership of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, to operate the department at Michelin Star Standard in the Restaurant, Room Service & Afternoon Tea, help to exceed sales targets through promotion, upselling and billing, assist in developing an exceptional team of individuals with personality and professionalism that enjoy their job and want to grow a long term career, to have excellent communication skills and demonstrate orderly financial awareness and administrative control.
