The house is close to the M32, M4, M5 interchange, just a 10min bus or cycle ride or a 30min walk from the city centre. It’s near the popular St Mark's Road area with its Asian shops and restaurants including great curry houses, the top vegetarian restaurant in the UK, Cafe Maitreya, and the Thali cafe.

There’s a south-west facing garden and mod cons include wireless broadband, BT Vision digibox, dishwasher, washing machine. The room is part furnished – double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers + desk if you want it, and has an aerial point for a TV.

I’m looking for someone easy-going, humorous, reasonably tidy and kind, who is friendly and sociable but also appreciates their own space (and will respect mine).

£335 per calendar month plus one month’s deposit and references, rent includes all bills except the telephone.
