Conference & Banqueting Chef / Central Bristol / Hotel / Salary c£19,000

Conference & Banqueting Chef required for large hotel situated in central Bristol. This is a well known and well established company offering security and good prospects for the future.

The successful candidate will need to have a good solid conference & banqueting background as well as volume experience. The ideal applicant will also have experience with costing, menu creation and ordering.

We are looking for a committed and hungry individual with a passion for good food, able to work unsupervised or as part of the team, but above all the ability to deliver when the pressure is on.

The client is offering a salary of up to £19,000 depending upon experience with 2 days off a week.
