Construction Project Manager. Somerset.

£45,000 - £47,000 + 5,000 Car allowance + Bonus+ Benefits

My client is a medium sized Regional Contractor operating throughout the South West on a range of projects in the commercial, Leisure, retail and industrial sector. With projects ranging from small works on residential extensions, to major projects on New build Hotels for prestigious clients; this company is rapidly expanding with its repeat business with satisfied clients in the region.

They are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead their teams on any one of their up and coming high profile projects in the Somerset region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the over all running of the site and its successful and budgeted completion. They will manage sub contractors and liaise with architects and clients to ensure the product is satisfactory. They will report to the Contracts Manager.

The successful candidate must have come from a construction background and ideally be already working in a similar role for a medium sized or National Contractor. They will be an excellent man motivator and natural leader who, is experienced in working well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
